Overview
The KR236 Mission RTKn 6-acre ($13,799.99) is a robot mower from Kress. It is rated for lawns up to 24,000 m² and slopes up to 40%. Navigation: RTKn + OAS obstacle avoidance.
Professional Kress for sports fields and estates: parallel-line RTKn mowing up to 6 acres.
On paper it suits very large properties, paddocks and estates — the manufacturer rates it for up to 24,000 m². The 40% slope limit makes it a better fit for flat or gently sloping lawns. As always, treat the area figure as a best case: buy with a 30–50% buffer if your lawn has slopes, trees or narrow passages.
Positioning uses network RTK: correction data arrives over the internet, so there is no reference station to mount on the house, but a mobile or Wi-Fi connection is needed.
It mows with a 35 cm cutting width and a cutting height of 30–90 mm. Power comes from a 10 Ah battery.
